CITY TAX (mandatory from 15/3 to 15/10) € 1.00 per person (from 14 years) for a maximum of 7 nights

Upon confirmation of booking: 30% of the total amount due for the stay, by bank transfer
Upon arrival: balance in cash or bank check or bank transfer

In case of cancellations, the customer will not be able to demand the refund of the deposit previously sent, except for justified reasons with specific certifications, and will have to pay the penalties listed below:

A) 90% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 14th and 7th day before the start of the rental.

B) 100% of the rental price for cancellations received from the 6th day before arrival to the day of the start of the rental.

The above is not valid in the case of certified problems, related to Covid-19, where there are no penalties

ON REQUEST AND WITH SUPPLEMENT THE FOLLOWING SERVICES ARE AT YOUR DISPOSAL:
• Extra cleaning € 15.00 / hour
• Extra change of bed linen + bathroom € 12,00 kit for double bed –  € 8,00 kit for single bed
• Baby cot hire € 20.00 / week
• Pets Allowed € 20.00 / week
• Bicycles by prior arrangement with the reception
• Agreement with Castiglione della Pescaia beach resort (prices depending on the period)
